"The Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA) Progam is designed to support the professional development of newly-credentialed, beginning teachers. My eCoach has allowed our new teachers and their support providers a one-stop-shop for accessing the necessary tools for becoming successful teachers. Most new teachers are "tech" savvy and love being able to collaborate, communicate and have access to their BTSA materials electronically. My eCoach is the perfect fit for our program."
