A Professional Learning Community, or PLC, is an extended learning opportunity to promote collaborative learning among colleagues and team members within a particular work environment or field. As a PLC, My eCoach creates new ways to collaborate and learn with group members.

Schools, universities and/or large organizations may want to set up an umbrella team as their own PLC with smaller teams beneath it. The larger team may have one unified goal where the smaller teams each have their own objective which ultimately assists the goal of the umbrella team. An example would be if Company A set up a PLC with the ultimate goal as becoming more eco-friendly. Company A would then set up smaller working teams within the PLC: one team for researching green option A, another for researching green option B and so forth.

My eCoach has a successful track record of helping groups collaborate and communicate in effective ways that attain group goals. For more information about setting up a Professional Learning Community for your team or group, please contact us.
"My eCoach provides me with lots of great tools which I can use as part of my new teacher training program. Information can be found all in one place and accessed from anywhere! Using our Team Page, I quickly post program updates. With the Universal Builder, I've created a web site for everyone's common questions. I've learned a great deal about my teachers and their practice through our Forum, and my teachers have been able to network and share their terrific teaching ideas. My team coaches and I are able to provide timely feedback for our new teachers' learning plans--no more NCR forms!

My eCoach provides increased opportunities for communication, quick access to customized online resources, and the ability to collect program data and improve accountability."
