From basic tutorials and getting to know your new Mac, to advanced tips and tricks, organization, networking, and troubleshooting, Rob helps you and your Mac get along and be productive together. Rob’s goal is to save you time, money, and frustration by helping your computer make your life easier. He works with all Apple Computer products and accessories, as well as other tech tools and toys. Rob is developing a My eCoach Mac users team for members to learn more about the features and benefits of Mac computers. "My eCoach has proved to be a simple and easy to use resource for designing websites for various lesson topics. Before I was introduced to My eCoach, I had no prior knowledge on how to design a website. Now that I have a membership to it, I know that I can quickly log-on to design a website where I can post resources, weblinks, documents, images, video/audio samples, etc. My students have greatly enjoyed working on the websites that I’ve created (little do they know how easily I was able to make them because of the "Clone this" feature).
