Many practical resources for new teachers, mentors, and administrators are also provided. There is a survival kit for new elementary and secondary teachers, staff development opportunities, tips, articles, inspirational or humorous stories, and much more.

"My eCoach provides me with lots of great tools which I can use as part of my new teacher training program. Information can be found all in one place and accessed from anywhere! Using our Team Page, I quickly post program updates. With the Universal Builder, I've created a web site for everyone's common questions. I've learned a great deal about my teachers and their practice through our Forum, and my teachers have been able to network and share their terrific teaching ideas. My team coaches and I are able to provide timely feedback for our new teachers' learning plans--no more NCR forms!

My eCoach provides increased opportunities for communication, quick access to customized online resources, and the ability to collect program data and improve accountability."
