Red Rock Island

By Barbara Bray
Red Rock Island is an uninhabited, 5.8 acre island in the San Francisco Bay just South of the Richmond Bridge. It is the only privately-owned island in the San Francisco Bay. It is the focal point for the three counties in the Bay Area: San Francisco, Contra Costa, and Marin. The island is on sale by owner and gem dealer, David Glickman, with an asking price of $22 million.

"Dear Ward,
Once again I want to express to both you and Cynthia how thankful I am for all the things I learned from both of you during our three-day training. Even though the pacing was fast, we were introduced to a lot of extremely valuable resources and the learning was superb!!! Now that I have had the time to explore everything more in depth, I cannot say "thank you" enough to the two of you. All the best!!!!"
