1. How can we make learning interesting?

Discussion Question(s)
1. What are the many ways in which people learn?
2. What kinds of materials help people learn?

Extension and Activities
1. Suggest that students select a curriculum area and topic, such as math--money or cones and pyramids, or social studies--land forms or Anasazi-Inuits--and view the PowerPoint on the site. Then challenge them to critique it to make it better or more engaging.
2. Encourage students to create instructional PowerPoints of their own to share.

"Thank you for such a well designed site for this course! All the links work, and it is easy to maneuver from one place to another. I like how the assignments are clearly listed and have the date next to them. I can get right to learning when I log on rather than struggling to figure out how how to get from place to place. I’m taking another online course now and it is a nightmare and very frustrating.

Thanks for making this a good experience!"
