21 Things for the 21st Century Educator

Just in Time training about technology every educator should know based on the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T). These virtual classroom sessions will be scheduled by each of the Service Agency instructors in Texas. The sessions will be recorded and archived for people to watch. Some of the recordings include tutorials on basic shortcuts, assessment and evaluation tools, blogs, collaboration tools, content area tools, differentiated instruction, digital storytelling, images, the face of your classroom, and more.

"My eCoach has proved to be a simple and easy to use resource for designing websites for various lesson topics. Before I was introduced to My eCoach, I had no prior knowledge on how to design a website. Now that I have a membership to it, I know that I can quickly log-on to design a website where I can post resources, weblinks, documents, images, video/audio samples, etc.

My students have greatly enjoyed working on the websites that I’ve created (little do they know how easily I was able to make them because of the "Clone this" feature). They especially appreciate the fact that they can leave comments on the pages. And what’s great is that I can monitor each of the comments before I allow them to be published."
