Storyrobe

Storyrobe is an exciting new digital storytelling application for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Storyrobe lets you tell create digital stories using images and video from your camera or photo library. You can use the built in microphone, or any 3rd party microphone to create audio recordings with photos and videos. Use Storyrobe to tell, share, and add to others stories creating a Storyrobe™.

Extension and Activities
1. Language Arts: Create a timeline or storyboard that tells your story. Write the script for your narration.
2. Language Arts: In a group create a Storyrobe. Have each member create a personal narration to the same video. Share videos within group and discuss project.
3. Language Arts: Create a group Storyrobe. Exchange with another group and add another chapter to this Storyrobe.
4. History/Social Studies: Research and create a Storyrobe for an historical person.
5. Science: Create a Storyrobe for a scientific event or process (ie. mitosis, explosions, chemical reaction, photosynthesis, etc.)
6. Science or Mathematics: Create a Storyrobe of patterns that are found in nature. Use the narration to explain the pattern.
7. Mathematics: Create a Storyrobe for a math story problem or formula. Share this with another class as a tutorial or review of this concept.
