Introduction

Classroom management is one of the most difficult challenges for beginning teachers. New teachers confront so many challenges: gigantic teachers' manuals that are often unintelligible, expectations they don't know about until its too late, meeting 20 to 30 new young people with differing educational and social needs and so on and so on.
