| My Community I teach in East Side San Jose. My students are primarily Hispanic and Asian, with a majority of them from socio-economically disadvantaged families. | |||||||||
| My Environment Challenging with moments of "A-ha, this is the reason why I enjoy what I do." Our school has many different programs available to us, including two computer labs. | |||||||||
| My Roles and Responsibilities At my school, I teach Sheltered Integrated Science and Physiology. I am also AVID Coordinator with 3 sections of AVID for our school. Other roles include being a MESA advisor and People to People teacher leader. | |||||||||
