Life Long Fitness
How important is movement across the lifespan?
Student will explore the five components of fitness and jigsaw the five components of fitness with in a group.  Students will learn how to develop and set long term and short term fitness goals that are related to the California fitness gram to improve their personal scores on the state test.  Student will interview family, community, and international individuals about there ideas of health and fitness.
