1. Point of View
A Wrinkle in Time is told in third person point of view. In this activity, you will re-write a part of the story in first person. First, re-tell the scene in which Meg struggles with IT for Charles Wallace as if you were Charles Wallace. Second, re-tell the same scene as if you were IT.
In chapter 12, Mrs. Who discusses a form of poetry called a sonnet. She uses a metaphor to compare life to the poetic style. You will write a sonnet that summarizes the novel.
See the Wrap-Up section of the website to learn more about sonnets and get information on how to write a poem in that format.
