Teaching Italian in a Nutshell
You teach Italian?!
Live it!
The internet is a great source of articles written by people who have visited or lived in Italy, though learning about culture should not just be a reading activity.  Instead, by using pictures, music, videos, and food, it’s possible to bring a little bit of Italy into the classroom.

A lot of the multimedia is available online, but don’t discount the value of actually cooking with your students, taking them to a dress rehearsal of the opera (a lot cheaper than the real deal!) or setting up pen pals in Italy.
