Welcome to the LAUSD Media Arts Draft Standards 8.0, which is a proposed fifth Arts content discipline in LAUSD K-12 schools, alongside Dance, Theatre, Music and Visual Arts. We have provided substantial background information about standards in general, and these standards in particular. There is also a response to the commentary from the previous version of the standards which gives some indication of the thinking going into the process.
