| My Marketing Text I am an experienced professional with over 5 years teaching 2nd through 7th grade students in an urban area at an independent, non-profit, private school. | |||||||||
| My Philosophy We learn as we play and play as we learn. Education is a life-long journey and can happen anywhere and at any time. I view my main roles as an educator to (1) provide my students with as many meaningful learning opportunities as possible and (2) to nurture in them a life-long love of learning. Education is about experiences, making connections, and discovering strengths which makes it essential for our growth as individuals, as societies, and as a world. | |||||||||
| My Environment Before relocating to San Antonio, I worked in education for over five years at a non-profit, private school in an urban area of Sacramento, California. I worked directly with students in grades 2 through 7. As an educator, I enjoyed opportunities to develop curriculum, coordinate meaningful field-learning experiences, collaborate with educators across grade levels, and build community partnerships to develop student leadership. Currently, my environment is built around my family’s growth and my pursuits in professional development. | |||||||||
