My Philosophy
My philosophy of teaching and learning stems from my belief that learning is a lifelong process. Educators should be Master Learners, not only an expert in content, but an expert in teaching students how to think and learn. It’s about the journey... not the destination. Life is more exciting and fulfilling when we are learning new things.

My Community
My community is a small town in southeast Missouri. The surrounding economy supports farming to businesses.

My Environment
There are grades K-12 in our district. We are a small community. We also have students enrolled from surrounding communities.

My Roles and Responsibilities
I’m an educational author, workshop presenter, veteran eMINTS teacher, and currently Curriculum Director at the Naylor R-II School District. I’m responsible for the curriculum, and classroom instruction.
