Once you purchase our Guides, you can download them in PDF format (need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open Guides) immediately to your computer. There will be a link(s) to the Guide(s) purchased once your order is processed. Due to the nature of downloadable media we cannot accept returns of Guides in PDF format.

My eCoach® Online Memberships
Once you purchase a membership, you will receive a Welcome message in a new window on your computer with important information on how to begin using My eCoach® Online. Memberships are non-refundable.

My eCoach® Products
We ship our products (My eCoach® gear, Muticultural Kits, Software) to the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground and takes 1-2 weeks (for Canada orders, please allow up to three weeks).

Satisfaction Guarantee:
With the exception of our Guides and Memberships, any products purchased from the My eCoach® Store are sold with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you aren‘t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges.

How to Return or Exchange:
  1. Please contact us to arrange for any exchange or return by calling 510.635.8033 or fax (925) 283-4570 or email: store@my-ecoach.com.
  2. To ship a product to us, carefully pack the product(s) in the original box or padded envelope, or use another in good condition.
  3. Make a copy of your receipt and place it in the box. Please be sure to write the quantity being returned and the reason for the return. Our shipping address is:
