"Over the last few years, I have had my tech-savvy friends and colleagues searching for a robust, interactive web portal to support the development of an interdependent learning community for site and district administrators. About a year ago, My eCoach was suggested as the perfect fit for the multi-dimensional support system I sought. Since then, the County Office has adopted My eCoach as the venue to house the curriculum, practicum portfolios, and sustained follow-up our state-legislated AB 430 Administrator Training Program.

My eCoach has accelerated the learning and motivation of our participants, engaged them in a growing professional learning community about the real-time issues they face in school and district administration, and challenged us all to join the 21st Century in both word and deed!"
