Instructional Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes a day for 3 days

The teacher reviews PowerPoint with class.
The teacher conducts a lesson in the computer lab on how to create slides using the PowerPoint software and shares the example Powerpoint: Kidding Around San Francisco.
The teacher outlines the expectations of the project. It should contain 10-12 slides. The first slide should be a title reflecting their city and names. Two to three slides should be dedicated to answering the three subsidary questions. At least three pictures should be integrated throughout the project. The final slide should be the credits/bibliography page.
Using an LCD projection device, the teacher demonstrates how to create new slides, change the font, background color, and add transitions.
The teacher also reviews how to import saved pictures into the slides.
