What will it take to be successful at your job?
Many employers say that majority of employees  loose their jobs because they donít have good work habits and not because they cannot do the job.

In this learning project, student learn the skills that are necessary for them to succeed at work.  In todayís climate, it is not just important to land a job, one has to learn how to keep the job.
Students will use self assessment checklist to learn about themselves, their personalities and their communications styles.

By the time the students are done this unit they will be more self aware, they will learn how to respond to conflict at work, how to communicate with others, and most importantly how to succeed at their jobs
