My philosophy to technology in education is that technology should be used as much and as often as possible. Coming from a technology background I feel that I can communicate with the both adults and children of today no matter what technology level they are at. As an instructor or teacher I believe that technology can assist the teacher in reaching all types of learners and making an environment that is inductive for learning to all.

Goals of integrating technology into my teaching/training.

-          Integrate visual aids made in programs and hardware like:

o   Microsoft Power Point

o   Microsoft Word

o   Microsoft Visio

o   Inspiration and kidsperation

o   Video projector

o   TV/VCR/DVD

-          Integrate the internet resources like YouTube.

-          Use technology to assist in reaching the class so that nobody is left behind.
