What is a cell?

• cells make up all living things on Earth
• they are small containers that hold all of the essential equiptment needed to keep living things alive
• each cell is full of many different organelles
• there are many different types of cells that have different jobs
• because cells are so small, over 200 of them could fit into the dot on this exclamation point!
