This book was designed to provide you the first steps to transform teaching practice and what it means for your learners to be a learner today to be prepared for college, career, and life.

This book provides strategies, tips, activities and resources to help you launch and expand personalized learning in your classroom. After we wrote our book, Make Learning Personal, teachers and administrators from all over the world were telling us the same message: that they see an urgency to change school and how they teach because kids are different today.

So we designed this book to meet the needs of teachers in different roles with multiple examples and suggestions. We understand the impact of changing teaching and learning across the school community so throughout the book we offer suggestions for administrators and parents.
