iTunes -download iTunes if it’s not on your computer (download button in top right corner), search for podcast, subscribe, listen
To download podcasts:
1. "iTunes Store" (on left)
2. type keyword in search window- enter (ex. "reading podcasts")
3. see titles in bottom panel- "subscribe" to one you might like
4. a window will open- click "subscribe"
5. click "podcast" link in left panel
6. double click title of link and the podcast will play- put on your headphones!
