Request Feedback from your eCoach

You are creating a website, lesson, or project with My eCoach’s Universal Builder and you need help. If you are part of a team and have an eCoach, you can now request feedback on each and any page you are working on.

You get a pop-up with your eCoach(es). Choose one and send request for help. All communication between you and your eCoach is private and confidential. Only you and your eCoaches can see your comments and the eCoach replies.

When you receive a comment, you get a message in My eCoach and an email notification if you set that up in your settings. You can also see a comment icon next ...   more...

  • The 2010 CRSTE Global Symposium will be held evenings and weekends for nine days, from October 16 - 24, 2010, to pursue and explore this notion of worldwide collaboration among professional educators. Online and free.

Educators have been taught to create worksheets and print everything. Look at all the paper in the trash or recycling bin at your school by the end of the day. The first thing you can do is rethink how you use paper and why. Before you print out your email or type up your lesson plan to print, consider the following facts about paper. [Source]

One of the best ways to encourage your students to write is to add writing as part of their daily routine. One way to do this is to have your students keep a daily journal. Another option is to follow a writing prompt, such as those on these sites:
  • Go to Writing Fix and have your students click the daily writing prompt, copy it, and then write to the prompt.
  • Go to Daily Writing Prompts and have students go to the calendar for each day. Have them use the prompt and write to that
